Matt has commented on the cover image - is the idea that Wall Street is the primary actor in bringing about the negative world? Or perhaps your main hope in that world is to revive the mainline denominations? Looking forward to the book, congratulations.

This was one of several options the publisher developed. I like it because it shows modernity pressing in on the church, as represented by the skyscrapers and the spire.

Will there be a chapter similar to "show this to Church leadership" or "for Church leadership".

Not a specific chapter, but an entire section of the book is about institutions.

Nice! Can I put a plug in for an audiobook version as well. As a pastor I often encourage members to maximize drive time with audiobooks.

Great cover! When I was working on Wall Street, one of my favorite things to do with my lunch break was to sit on a bench in Trinity churchyard and read a book in the presence of Alexander Hamilton and everyone else buried there. It is a quiet green oasis in the heart of the Financial District.

I hope by the time it releases we will not have entered the sub-negative world, or whatever you call what comes after the negative one...
